LECTURAS 2016

ENERO: En blanco, empecé varios libros pero no me sedujeron. Así que dediqué mi tiempo libre al tejido y la las series de TV: "Mar de plástico" (T1), "The Knick" (T2), "Orange is de new black (T1), "Agent Carter" (T2) and "The X - files"

FEBRERO: "La llave" de Junichiro Tanizaki. ¡Qué extraño me parece el comportamiento de los japoneses!

MARZO: "Raíces" de Alex Haley. ¡Cuánta injusticia! y no sólo por el color de la piel, además por el sexo. La vida de una mujer siempre es más difícil.

ABRIL: "La pareja multiorgásmica" de Mantak Chia y colaboradores. Interesante aunque a veces complicado.

MAYO: "El lustre de la perla" de Sarah Waters. A ratos excitante, a ratos interesante, a ratos aburrida... Una novela irregular, cuya protagonista es superficial, egoísta y poco inteligente. Hubiera estado mejor si al personaje se le hubiera dado más fuerza.

JUNIO: "Lo que el viento se llevó" de Margaret Mitchell. Una de las mejores novelas que he leído.

JULIO:Seguimos con "Lo que el viento se llevó".

 "El enigma de la bolsa y la vida" de Eduardo Mendoza. Una novela divertida y corta. Un inciso con "Lo que el viento se llevó" mientras estuve de viaje en Florencia. 

"Cinco Horas con Mario" de Miguel Delibes. Segundo libro que me leo de él. Hace años leí "El camino". Me gusta mucho su estilo. Para 2017 me apunto "Los santos inocentes". Al estar semi de vacaciones tenía un libro en el piso y otro en el campo de mis suegros ;)

AGOSTO: Acabé "Lo que el viento se llevo", fueron casi dos meses de lectura de uno de los libros que más me han gustado. Mis personajes favoritos Rhett y Melanie. Scarlett ha ganados muchos puntos de simpatía después de leer el libro y Ashley me parece aun más aburrido después de haberlo leído ;)
 "El guardián invisible" de Dolores Redondo. Novela de suspense policial, entretenida, típica novela de verano.

SEPTIEMBRE: "Legado de los huesos" y "Ofrenda a la tormenta" la continuación de "El guardián invisible".

OCTUBRE: "El club de los viernes" de Kate Jacobs. No está mal, aunque no le veo ningún sentido al final de la novela. No sé que le aporta a la novela este final ;?

NOVIEMBRE Y DICIEMBRE "Donde los escorpiones" de Lorenzo Silva. El último caso de Bevilaquia y Chamorro. El año pasado me leí todos los anteriores.  Me sigue gustando. Aunque aún no lo he terminado. Como me matriculé en la escuela de idiomas estoy leyendo artículos en inglés de "The guardian" y entre leer en inglés y estudiar tejer y leer en español estos últimos meses han pasado a segundo plano. El tiempo es el que es.


JANUARY: In white, I started several books but they did not seduce me. So I dedicated my free time knitting and watching TV series: "Plastic Sea" (T1), "The Knick" (T2), "Orange is de new black" (T1), "Agent Carter" "The X - files"

FEBRUARY: "The key" of Junichiro Tanizaki. How strange I find the behavior of the Japanese!

MARCH: "Roots" by Alex Haley. How much injustice! And not only by the color of the skin, also by the sex. The life of a woman is always more difficult.

APRIL: "The multiorgasmic pair" of Mantak Chia and collaborators. Interesting though sometimes complicated.

MAY: "Tipping de velvet" by Sarah Waters. At times exciting, at times interesting, at times boring ... An irregular novel, whose protagonist is superficial, selfish and stupid. It would have been better if the character had been given more strength.

JUNE: "Gone with the wind" by Margaret Mitchell. One of the best novels I've read.

JULY: We continue with "Gone with the wind".

 "The enigma of the bag and the life" of Eduardo Mendoza. A fun and short novel. A break with "Gone with the wind" while I was traveling in Florence.

"Five Hours with Mario" by Miguel Delibes. Second book I read from him. Years ago I read "The way". I really like his style. By 2017 I  want to read "The Innocent Saints".
In july I passed the time between my flat and my parents in law's field house, so I read a book in each house.

AUGUST: I finished "Gone with the wind"I needed almost two months. My favorite characters Rhett and Melanie. Scarlett has gained many points of sympathy after reading the book and Ashley seems even more boring after reading it;)

 "The invisible guardian" of Dolores Redondo. Police thriller, entertaining, typical summer novel.

SEPTEMBER: "Legacy of the bones" and "Offering to the storm" the continuation of "The invisible guardian".

OCTOBER: "The Friday night knitting Club" by Kate Jacobs. Not bad, although I do not see any meaning at the end of the novel. I do not know what brings to the novel this ending;?

NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER "Where the Scorpions" by Lorenzo Silva. The last case of Bevilaquia and Chamorro. Last year I read all previous. I still like. Although I have not finished it yet. As I enrolled in the language school I am reading articles in English from "The Guardian" and between reading  and studying in English, knitting and reading in Spanish have passed into the background these last months. Time is what it is.

REUNIÓN DE DICIEMBRE

Teníamos prevista la reunión para el pasado 17 de diciembre, pero debido al mal tiempo tuvimos que retrasarla hasta ayer por la tarde. Os dejo con las fotos. Espero que estéis pasando una Feliz Navidad.

We had planned the meeting December 17th but the bat weather made us delay until yesterdat in the afternoon. Here you have the photos. I hope you are enjoying the Christmas.

NUEVA FUNDA PARA LA SILLA

Estas Navidades Santa Klaus le ha traído una silla nueva oficina al papi. Así que la la anterior de él ha pasado a la niña y la de la niña al peque. Como JF no tiene cuidado le hecho una funda nueva para el asiento ya que las anteriores, además de estar desgastadas, quedaban un poco estrechas.

This Christmas Santa Klauss bring to daddy a new office chair. So the old chair goes to the daugther and the daugther's chair to the son. 

As JF isn't careful I've sewed a new cover to the seat because the others, almost are worn out, are tight.

MI BOLSO WAYUU (III)

Al fin lo tengo listo. Me gusta mucho como queda, pero creo que tardaré mucho tiempo en tejer otro porque es muy lento de hacer. Lo he hecho bastante más pequeño que al principio y así creo que lo usaré más. Lo estrenaré el sábado para ir a la reunión.

At last I've finished it. I like it very much but I think that I will not crochet another Wayuu bag in a long time because is very slowly crocheting. I 've made it smaller because I will use it more in this size. I'm going to show for the first time on our meeting this Saturday.

MI REGALO DE EL DESVÁN

Esta mañana he recogido de la oficina de correos el regalo que me envió mi amiga invisible desde Salamanca. Es un regalo maravilloso.

 Un conjunto de bolso, guarda tijeras, guarda todo y costurero cosidos y bordados a punto de cruz. Además de un patrón de chal  y todo lo necesario para realizarlo: 5 ovillos de lana granate, agujas circulares, ganchillo, cinta métrica enrollable (monísima con forma de oveja), cuenta vueltas, imperdible, aguja auxiliar y calibrador.

Y por último unas chocolatinas que ya nos hemos comido. 

Muchísimas gracias Isabel me ha hecho mucha ilusión que seas mi amiga invisiblese. 

Estoy emocionada.

This morning I´ve caught in the Post office the present that my invisible friend of "El desván" have sent to me from Salamanca. Is a wonderful gift. A set of bag, keeps scissors, keeps everything and sewing stitched and embroidered cross stitch. She has given me a pattern of shawl and everything that I need to do it: 5 balls of  wool in dark red, circular needles, crochet, roll tape measure (precious! it looks like a sheep), count turns, safety pin, auxiliary needle and calibrator. And finally some chocolates that we have already eaten. 

Thank you very much, Isabel, I´ve feeling happy that you have been my invisible friend.

AMIGA INVISIBLE

Estos han sido los regalos para mi amiga invisible. Este año consistía en enviar una bolsa para las labores (como voy un poco apurada la he cosido porque tardo menos), unos ovillos para tejer un chal y unos dulces. 

Espero que todo sea de su agrado.

There are my invisible friend's presents. This year the prize consisted in a bag for the handcraft (as at this time I have no much time to the needles I sewed it because I finised quickly), two balls to make a shawl and a tin of biscuits. 

I hope she will like them.
