COMPRAS

Como dice el refrán "la cabra tira al monte". Ya estoy comprando más lana de la que tengo tiempo de tejer, en cuestión de 2 ó 3 años tendré que dejar de comprar durante al menos un año para evitar que los armarios de casa revienten ;)

Le había encargado a Luci que me trajera, a la reunión del sábado pasado, los 8 ovillos grandes:

Los cuatro rosados para tejer una manta para mi sobrina Lola que nacerá en febrero.

Los otros cuatro para un amigo invisible. Tengo que tejerle un chal y enviarle lana suficiente para que se teja otro.

Como no era suficiente me encapriché de los dos pequeños para tejer un par de jerseys para bebé. Después me di cuenta que con un ovillo no sería suficiente, así que estoy usando los dos para hacer un conjunto de bebé y la verdad que está quedando chulo.
Además llegó el libro que tenía encargado (espero que no sea demasiado difícil ).

As is said "the goat goes up the mountain": I am already buying more wool than I have time to knit or crochet, in  2 or 3 years I will have to stop buying for at least a year to avoid that the cupboards of home burst;)

I  ordered Luci bring me, to last Saturday's meeting, the 8 big balls:

The four pink ones to crochet a blanket for my niece Lola that will be born in February.

The other four ones are for an invisible friend. I have to knit or crochet a shawl and send enough wool to make another shalw another.

As it was not enough I became infatuated with the two little ones to knit a pair of baby sweaters. Later at home, I realized that one ball wasn't enough, so I'm knitting a baby set  using both. I think it is going to be cool.

And also the novel that I had ordered arrived at home (I hope it won't be too much difficult).

REUNIÓN OCTUBRE: AMIGA INVISIBLE

Hoy, con una semana de retraso, hemos celebrado nuestra reunión para festejar el amigo invisible. Este años todas hemos quedado muy contentas con nuestros regalos. Sin más preámbulos, os dejo con las fotos.
 Las tres primeras corresponden a unos chales que han tejido mi madre y Pepita (el de color rosa lo ha tejido mi madre para mí) y la cuarta a una manta que imita el tejido tartán escocés, que le regalaron a Toñi hace muchos años.
El resto son los regalos de nuestra amiga invisible.

Today, a week dealyed, we have met our "invisible friend party". This year all of us are pretty happy with our presents. With no more preambles I leave you with the photos.
The three at the beggining are three shawls crocheted by my mom and Pepita. The pink one is a gift from my mother to me. The next one is a blanket that was a gift to Toñi long time ago. It seems like tartan fabric.
The rest are our "invisible friend's gifs".

JAPÓN-TOLEDO-ALCANTARILLA

El año pasado, Ana Isabel me regaló estos ovillos. ¿Que tejería con ellos? Hasta hace unas semanas no lo sabía. Al fin he tejido esta chaqueta de seis meses para Mario.

Last year, Ana Isabel bring me this balls. What could I knit? I didn´t know until a few weeks. At last, I`ve knitted a six month jacket to Mario.

Se trata de un secillo patrón que combina punto jersey y punto de arroz. 

Las motitas de los ovillos son los que dan un toque especial.

It is a simple pattern that combines jersey and rice stitch. 

The little white balls give a special feature.

COLABORANDO CON AMIGA

Este año apenas he tenido tiempo, pero al menos he podido tejer 4x4 para colaborar con AMIGA en la celebración del Día Internacional del Cáncer de mama.

This year I've had almost nothing chance, but at least I've crocheted five squares to colaborate with AMIGA in the Cancer Breast International Day Celebration.
